What is Preservé?

Minimally-invasive breast surgery utilizing tissue preservation, specialized technologies, and techniques to reshape the breast while conserving its intrinsic structure and function.
Unlike traditional surgery that cuts through support tissues, Preservé™ works with your anatomy. Dr. Gupta uses a gentle expansion technique to keep your natural ligaments intact. This creates a built-in "internal bra" that holds your implants in place and prevents sagging over time.
We believe in big results with small footprints. By using specialized Motiva® insertion tools, Dr. Gupta can perform the entire procedure through an ultra-small incision—often only about 2.5cm to 3cm. This means your scar is roughly the size of a postage stamp and discreetly hidden.

Are You Eligible?

This technique is specifically designed for primary (first-time) breast augmentations. Because it relies on preserving your existing ligaments and tissues, it is not typically suitable for revision surgeries where tissue has already been altered.
This is for candidates who want the smallest scar possible. Using the MinimalScar® technique, the incision is only 2.5 cm, leaving a mark that is barely noticeable once healed.
You are a candidate if you prefer a moderate, natural-looking increase (usually 1–2 cup sizes). This method uses smaller, lighter implants that don't weigh down your natural tissue.
Perfect if you are an athlete or highly active. The implant is placed without cutting into your pectoral muscles, meaning you keep your full strength and have a much faster recovery.
Best for candidates with good skin elasticity. The procedure uses your own internal ligaments (the "Internal Bra") to hold the implant in place, rather than relying on heavy surgical reconstruction.
Ideal for those who cannot afford long downtimes. Because the surgery is less traumatic to the body, many candidates are back to their normal routine within 2 to 3 days.
