Front View
This patient underwent bilateral breast reconstruction following her mastectomy. On the left side, Dr. Gupta first used a latissimus dorsi flap from the upper back to create a natural breast mound. Later, a DIEP flap from the lower abdomen was performed to further enhance the left breast using her own skin and fat. To achieve symmetry and fullness, implants were placed in both breasts. She completed her journey with nipple reconstruction on the left side, restoring a balanced and natural appearance.
