This patient underwent a traditional mastectomy, where the nipples were removed. Dr. Gupta placed tissue expanders immediately, which were gradually filled to achieve her desired breast size. She later had the expanders exchanged for implants, along with fat grafting to refine the shape. Finally, Dr. Gupta performed nipple reconstruction, and the areolas were tattooed on to complete the restoration.
