Breast Reduction

The patient underwent a bilateral breast reduction utilizing a superomedial pedicle design. This technique is effective in preserving the blood supply to the nipple-areola complex while allowing for significant tissue removal. During the procedure, 998 grams were excised from the left breast and 955 grams from the right breast. This comprehensive approach not only alleviated symptoms associated with breast hypertrophy but also provided the patient with a more balanced and aesthetically pleasing breast contour, improving overall comfort and quality of life.
