Breast Augmentation

This patient underwent a breast augmentation to correct bilateral ptosis and double-bubble deformities using Mentor smooth round gel implants. A 500 cc high-profile implant was placed on the right side, while a 535 cc ultra high-profile implant was used on the left side to achieve optimal symmetry. A crescent mastopexy was performed to provide a subtle lift, enhancing the overall breast shape and positioning. This customized approach not only improved breast volume and contour but also restored a more youthful and balanced appearance.
