Breast Augmentation

This patient’s transformation placed an emphasis on enhancing her breast shape and volume through a bilateral breast augmentation. Dr. Gupta used 350cc Sientra high-profile gel implants on each side, giving her fuller, balanced breasts that align with her aesthetic goals. To further enhance her overall silhouette, she also underwent an abdominoplasty, removing 1050 grams of excess abdominal tissue, and liposuction on her abdomen, flanks, and back, with 4 liters of fat removed to create a more defined waist. For additional contouring, Dr. Gupta performed a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), using 250cc of grafted fat on each side to add fullness to her hips. The result is a beautifully proportioned figure with enhanced curves, centered around her rejuvenated breast profile.
